The Employer Nomination Scheme visa

This visa involves a two-step process, firstly, nomination by an approved Australian employer and then visa application under the nominated stream. This visa is a permanent residence visa. The visa applicant can be in or outside Australia when the application is made. The visa application can only be made post nomination application and if the nomination has been approved, the visa application should be lodged within six months of the nomination being approved. For the visa application to be granted, the applicant must apply for the visa in the stream and occupation in line with the employer nomination.
Employer can nominate a skilled worker for this visa if:
they actively and lawfully operate a business.
they have a genuine need for a paid employee to fill a skilled position.
they offer a skilled position in the applicant’s field that is full time and ongoing for at least two years.
they pay a market salary rate.
they comply with Australian immigration and workplace relations laws.
there is no adverse information known about the business or any person associated with the business.

Parent Visa (Onshore And Offshore)

This visa 103 lets parents live temporarily / permanently in Australia if their child is an Australian citizen, permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen who is settled in Australia
Eligibility:
the applicant has been sponsored by their child who is a citizen or a permanent resident of that country.
the child has been living lawfully for at least 2 years before the applicant lodges the visa application.
the applicant meets the Balance of family test criteria.
the applicant meets health and character requirements.

Spouse/Partner Visa.

This visa allows the spouse or de facto partner of citizen of relevant country to live in.
Eligibility:
The relationship with the citizen must be genuine and ongoing. The applicant and the partner must live together, if they do not, any separation must be only temporary and both parties must freely consent to the relationship.
The applicant must also be older than 18 years of age and not be related to the partner by family. This means the applicant cannot be an ancestor or descendant of the partner, or have a parent in common.

Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme Visa

The Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (RSMS) visa (subclass 187) is a Permanent Resident Visa for skilled workers who have been nominated by an approved Australian employer and want to work in regional Australia. This visa involves a three-step process, firstly, approval from Regional Certifying Body (RCB), secondly, nomination by an approved Australian employer and then finally visa application under the nominated stream. If the visa application is lodged after receiving an approved nomination, it should be done within six months of the nomination being approved.

Student Guardian Visa

This is a temporary visa for a person or guardian who needs to come to provide care and support for:
Eligibility:
a student visa holder who is older than 18 years of age and who needs such care and support due to exceptional circumstances
a student visa holder who is younger than 18 years of age

after the student has been granted their visa, in which case the student would have demonstrated that other welfare arrangements were in place to meet their visa requirements

Student Visa

A new migration risk framework, simplified student visa framework (SSVF) has been implemented to assess Student visa applications. The applicant will be assessed as regular or streamlined based on the provider and country of passport. If the visa applicant falls under regular category, it is mandatory to satisfy English language and financial capacity requirements in addition to the general requirements. If the visa applicant falls under streamlined category, it is not mandatory to provide the evidence of English language and financial capacity

Skilled Independent Visa

This independent visa allows a migrant to live and work as a permanent resident. It is for points-tested skilled workers who are not sponsored by an employer or family member or nominated by a state or territory government.

Stay, work and study indefinitely
Get enrollment into Medicare, health-related care and expenses
Get citizenship (if you are eligible)
Sponsor eligible relatives for permanent residence

Temporary Graduate Visa

This graduate visa is for international students who have recently graduated from Australian institution(s). This visa allows the international students to live, study and work after finishing their studies for a period of 18 months to 4 years.
This visa has two streams: Graduate work stream and Post-study work stream.
